Evidence-based learning has been topics of education institutes for few years. The medical professional e.g. physician, nurse are also promoting evidence-based practice. Medical technologist considers it as a challenge. Some training courses in medical technology are starting to use this concept. Practice with evidence-based learning is on upward trajectory. In this study, we should state herein about the success of evidence-based learning process was governed by several factors. This can’t happen without a better understanding of concept of “No Child Left Behind”, so any retrieved evidence should be considered as important one.
