I checked your trip details and due to a GPS/network interference, the system wrongfully charged a toll fee. I went ahead and refunded the toll fee, you should see the refund on your statement in a few business days.
It looks like your friend hasn’t taken their first ride yet. As soon as they do, the promotion will be applied to your account and you’ll receive an email letting you know.
