Summary:
Coordinates, implements, and maintains the company’s Document Control.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overall coordination of controlled documentation within the company.
• Performs the Document Control function within the validated ISO system.
• Coordinates meetings.
• Assist in supporting external audits, coordinating activities in company and ensuring timely response to documentation requests for auditors.
• Support user request for documentation.
• Maintains quality records.
• Investigates and responds to corrective actions related to Document Control.
• Responsible for coordinating document change orders.
• Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by the supervisor
