History of the Western Economy
Introduction
Economics is the study of the production and distribution of goods and services. Put another way, economics is the study of how we use the worlds limited resources to satisfy our needs and wants. No human endeavour is possible without an economic foundation to support it.
Industry
The production of goods and services is reffered to as industry. Industry is typically divided into three types: primary, secondary, and tertiary.
