- Responsible for the recruitment and selection process including execute HR sourcing from several channel according to strategic plan; job advertising, screening application, interviewing, assessing and selecting candidates for fulfilled manpower plan.
-Ensure all recruitment process follow policy and procedure and drive for the continuous improvement in recruitment process.
-Develop new recruitment activities and new searching channels
-Manage the performance of existing sourcing channels
Participating in career exhibition, job fairs and campus recruitment activities
-Conduct exit interview and summarize data of resignation reason Prepare recruitment weekly/monthly reports
