12.1 Stock take
• A stock take is the physical counting of all items held on the Inventory Assets Tracking database M-Pulse as well as in manual Cartotics systems . This must conduct on yearly bases at all the MAIL's owned premises, directorates, department and DAILs. The results are to be forwarded to Admin director as well as to the Deputy Ministry of Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock "MAIL". Stock takes are also conducted
• There should be no movement of stores and equipment between sub accounts or the MAIL to DAILs or to End Users, one week prior to the commencement of the stock take.
