Perhaps what is missing for all of us is a GANTT chart for all the elements of this HR Shared Service project management on who does what on the project timeline.
I have mentioned in the last meeting, that you have done on the HR system implementation, is only ONE PART of the WHOLE project.
We should have the whole timeline.
We should have time line on who does what right through this project, not just only on HR system implementation.
