Should we be unable to contact you and/or verify these details within the stated timescale, a re-draw will occur where the previously drawn raffle ticket will be invalid.
Should the winner of the luxury break to Dubai request amendments to the package offered, (such as alternative dates) we will seek to meet your requirements. However, this will be subject to availability as well as costs and amendment fees.

7. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that his or her first name, initial letter of surname, and location may be used by HAPPY8 and other related third parties operating or running the promotion, without any additional compensation.
