I did not receive a response from Shell to my 22 September mail (Below).
I have learned today that our shell cards are not active.
I see that our cheque paid at Bangkok bank for the September bill on 21 September has not cleared from our account.
Please check if it has reached your account.
We have paid the October bill early, today. Please find the payment attached.
We will need a few days to make enquiries with Bangkok Bank and Standard Chartered Bank as to why our September cheque did not clear.
Tomorrow, we will send you a scan of the payment receipt from Bangkok Bank proving that our September payment was accepted.
You hold a 126,000 baht deposit from Xetera. Could you please reactivate our cards immediately while we sort out this problem?
We need to use them tomorrow (12 October).
