As per our understanding the last time you were here prior to the time you were with Pavel, when we also had this kind of delay on deposit and withdrawal credit. And as what Pavel is asking for before some proofs to our complaints on the DW delay we can take note of it all in a ticket so this is our proof to our claim that there has been delays on your part and that we need to solve this problem.
