During the period of this Agreement

During the period of this Agreement and to the extent not in contravention of applicable laws, The Merchant shall grant approval to DOKU for conducting a promotion of the Internet Payment Gateway Service of DOKU via print and other electronic media, including the right to place the name, logo and Products provided by The Merchant in the promotional media.
2. During the period of this Agreement and to the extent not in contravention of applicable laws, DOKU shall grant approval to The Merchant for the promotion of the Internet Payment Gateway Service owned by DOKU via print and other electronic media, including the right to place DOKU’s name and logo in the promotional media.
3. The Parties hereto agree that any matters relating to the promotion, including but not limited to promotion procedures, promotional materials and costs incurred by the Parties hereto in connection with the promotion as set out in this Article shall be the responsibility of the Party making the promotion.

Results (Indonesian) 2:

Selama periode Perjanjian ini dan sejauh tidak bertentangan dengan hukum yang berlaku, Merchant akan memberikan persetujuan untuk DOKU untuk melakukan promosi dari Internet Payment Gateway Service dari DOKU melalui media cetak dan elektronik lainnya, termasuk hak untuk menempatkan nama , logo dan Produk yang disediakan oleh The Merchant di media promosi.
2. Selama periode Perjanjian ini dan sejauh tidak bertentangan dengan hukum yang berlaku, DOKU akan memberikan persetujuan untuk The Merchant untuk promosi Internet Payment Gateway Service yang dimiliki oleh DOKU melalui media cetak dan elektronik lainnya, termasuk hak untuk menempatkan nama DOKU ini dan logo di media promosi.
3. Para Pihak dengan ini setuju bahwa setiap hal yang berkaitan dengan promosi, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada prosedur promosi, materi promosi dan biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh Para Pihak sehubungan dengan promosi sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal ini akan menjadi tanggung jawab Partai membuat promosi .
