I went to the social security offic

I went to the social security office to enquire about my social security entitlement after resigning from Pentana to be stay at home mum taking care of family as you aware.
However the department advised I cannot get my entitlement as Pentana had not lodged the required advise and as time has now past 90 days they said I cannot get it now, they recommended I now take legal action if needed to recover my entitlement which is 120,000 Baht a significant amount when I no longer working and was entitled to.

Certainly I would prefer not to have to go the process or way of legal action but I do wish to get my entitlement after 12 years of working as would anyone, appreciate if you would you please advise Pentana’s next action for the failure / oversight to advise social security appropriately so I could make the claim. If you could advise Pentana’s position in the next 5 working days so I can decide the next steps in the matter would be helpful thanks.
