I thought I would reply now that we have return and finished with your company.Regarding the wait times. I understand that however it would be nice to be advised not told just to stand over there.Regarding the time change with Sank, We got a letter saying one time on arrival and then the hotel gave us a letter with a different time.As for the meeting, please understand, that when we meet with these people they ask us our flight details, room number and name, we then book our tours and pay. So the person sitting with us now know our details and what days/nights we won’t be in the hotel. When we paid for the tour we opened our wallet with over 25,000 Thai and 5,000 Australian. Now the people sitting with us now know all this information. To us that’s personal and confidential information. We did pass this along when we did speak to him.As for Phuket fantasea, we got off the bus and was told to go over there and then was left standing around for well over 5 min before we were told what we had to do by another tourist. It would be nice if Mr Sank had maybe explained it tours when we booked so we had more of an idea about the arrival and departures.Mr Sank did meet with us two days later and we explained our concerns and reasons behind our email. And he seemed to understand.We do have another complaint. The transfer to the airport was horrible. The driver was dangerous on the road; he almost hit to bikes on his short cut trip. Both myself and my mate were honestly concerned for our safety. Once we arrived at the airport he then asked for a tip as he had no money to get out of the airport. Which found insulting as that was one of the reasons we booked transfers. We pay more for transfers then we would have if we used a taxi.
