As I have mentioned during the HRD calls, TRW is implementing Denied Party Screening on a global basis. From an HR perspective, the screening will be conducted for all employees as well as all new hires. Currently several of the sites in Europe already conduct some type of screening, however we are moving to a global process.
Attached is a memo explaining the details for the various payroll systems and the new hires. In addition, a flow chart is also attached which may be helpful.
Phase 1: Sites in Canada, parts of China, and the United States that utilize PeopleSoft payroll will start the batch processing of current employee payroll data within the next few weeks. Training for screening of new hires will be conducted shortly. The rest of the rollout will continue over the next several months.
Please forward this email to all of your HR managers and HR IDV Administrators to ensure they are aware of the program. Those in Phase 1 may receive requests from the Europe Share Service Center for further detail on employees that initially may get “flagged” by the system shortly; therefore we want to ensure they are aware of the process.
