I got the screen but when I connect its giving this message. Its a newer model than the original I think. Please help me fix it quick.

The only way to load the program is internet of USB stick.

Is the cable correct between the plc and touch?
So, place the modem back and make Your internet ok.

Or, download the software and make a connector direct from Your laptop to touch.
In that case, you make a simple screen to test the plc connection.
