Level of Support Provided
Support for this product is provided through self-help and not by the CSC helpdesk. For additional help, users can post in support forums and also create their own web ticket which will be queued to a specialized support team. If CSC helpdesk personnel receive a support call for this application in error, they will refer the caller to self help as well as web- ticketing.
