Each party shall bear their own costs (including legal expenses) arising from the preparation and
execution of the letter of offer and tenancy agreement, save for stamp duty which shall be borne by the
Tenant.
ii. The Landlord shall confirm the internal slab to slab height and the shop front height and all dimensions,
including any pipes or ducts running through this space.
iii. Hoarding is to be installed by the Landlord at the Landlord’s cost. The Tenant will supply the
Graphics/Visuals for the hoarding.
iv. Landlord to ensure no visual obstruction, kiosks or temporary stores are stationed in front of the
Victoria’s Secret Full Assortment store at all times during trading hours.
v. The Landlord shall provide the Tenant with the Landlord’s fit out guidelines for the Tenant’s review.
vi. These clauses to be included in the Tenancy Agreement / LOI which has been agreed by both parties
(landlord and tenant) as follows (non-negotiable):
 Relocation – No relocation allowed, unless mutually agreed to by both parties.
 Assignment - The Tenant may assign the tenancy or any interest or obligation therein, to any
parent, subsidiary or affiliated corporation of the Tenant, or any subsidiary of any parent of the
Tenant upon prior written notice to the Landlord. Assignment to any other party is subject to
the Landlord’s written consent having been first obtained, such consent not to be unreasonably
withheld or delayed.”

toko Rahasia penuh Assortment Victoria setiap saat selama jam perdagangan.
V. The Landlord harus menyediakan Tenant dengan pemilik lahan cocok pedoman untuk review Penyewa.
Vi. Klausa tersebut untuk dimasukkan dalam Perjanjian Tenancy / LOI yang telah disepakati oleh kedua belah pihak
(pemilik dan penyewa) sebagai berikut (non-negotiable):
.  Relokasi - Tidak ada relokasi diperbolehkan, kecuali disepakati oleh kedua belah pihak
 Tugas - The penyewa dapat menetapkan sewa atau bunga atau kewajiban di dalamnya, untuk setiap
orang tua, anak perusahaan atau perusahaan afiliasi dari penyewa, atau anak perusahaan dari setiap induk dari
penyewa dengan pemberitahuan tertulis kepada Tuan Tanah. Penugasan kepada pihak lain tunduk
persetujuan tertulis pemilik lahan yang telah pertama diperoleh, persetujuan tersebut tidak akan masuk akal
ditahan atau ditunda. "
