parent, subsidiary or affiliated corporation of the Tenant, or any subsidiary of any parent of the
Tenant upon prior written notice to the Landlord. Assignment to any other party is subject to
the Landlord’s written consent having been first obtained, such consent not to be unreasonably
withheld or delayed.”
