For the frequently to visit us the main answer on survey is other and customer also give details that all 11 customers are come to visit us every day.
In addition, for the staff that provide the service, all 20 customer response that we provide service with courteous, informative, prompt and efficient. For recommend our café to their friends, all of 20 customer say they will recommend our café to their friends and for the most dish that customers mostly order are egg on toast, bacon and egg wrap, big breakfast and Thai curry with rice. On the other hand, there are some recommendation that customer put in suggestion which can give us the plan for improve our service to customers which are following:
- The verity type of food need to be added
- The portion size of food in some dish that they are normally order are nor the same
- Should have the reservation table when they have meeting in café
- The lunch order need to have the new dish
- Should have picture of food on menu
- Sometime the coffee is too hot
According to the customer background, it can be seen that the majority of our customer are staffs who are working in office upstairs and they mostly they are regular customer and they normally come for coffee every day. Second majority customer is tourist who stay at hotel upstairs and they come to travelling in Sydney because the hotel does not have the kitchen to provide any meal for their customer, it is the good opportunity that our café can support and serve food and coffee to them.
Although the result of customer satisfaction are in very good level and in the positive way, there are some area that need to be improved which we will discuss in the next step.
