I do understand your concern. Please allow me to explain for the security guard issues.
First of all, I would like to informed you that all security guard are outsources(external supplier/company) both CTW and CRC for long time.
The native of all security guard is to keep an eyes on the spots where is the reception area, door to ensure something will not happen so if they watching the glass door I did not see any problem. The reason he watching the glass door is to ensure that our staff able to access the turnstile, so if someone have the problem he can help straight away or if the supplier come for delivery he can help. Moreover, even he could not speak English but he be with CRC for long time with no problem.
However, can you please let me know why you would like to have a reception at CRC? Do you want the reception to pick up the phone even we have main reception at CTW and 1 agent on 7th floor? do you want the reception to welcome visitor/customer even no visitor/customer come to CRC?
we have admin staff to look after CRC since we open the site but he did not seat at the reception desk and we can run CRC smoothly.
