The distinct decline in vitamin C c

The distinct decline in vitamin C content by 31e42 g/100 g
under the greeneblack and redeblack hailnets compared with
unprotected control fruits (Fig. 3) was due to the light promotion of
ascorbic acid synthesis (Solomakhin & Blanke, 2008a). Fruits under
white hailnet contained 6% more and under redewhite 10% less
ascorbic acid vs. control fruits i.e. negligible differences in their
health attribute.
