No schedule changes within 8 weeks of shipment.

All orders must meet the minimum order quantity for the price selected as noted on this quotation. Once standard packaging is
established, orders must be full multiples of standard packaging quantity as well as meet the minimum order quantity for the price
selected.



Pricing:
Pricing is based on the current cost of approved components which may increase if any component or associated material cost
exceeds by more than 5% of the quoted price and/or the total BOM cost increases by more than 2%.
Pricing is based on standard lead time subject to material availability. Pricing and lead times for engineering samples and pilot
runs are quoted separately due to minimum order quantities, component expediting and shorter production runs. Pricing is
based on current labor rate which may be updated due to process changes or other economic conditions. All prices in US$.







Raw Materials:
Customer is responsible for cost of excess quantities of any materials/components which Eastek must buy to satisfy
manufacturer’s MOQ.
Acknowledgement and delivery date confirmation of customer’s first purchase order will be subject to receipt of ‘ingredient
certificate’ from all customer specified suppliers of resins, chemicals, liquids and metals. This ‘ingredient certificate’ must
comply to China’s Customs Declaration Laws to allow import of materials into China.



Exchange Rate:
RMB content of the selling price will be adjusted if the exchange rate between US$ and RMB rises or declines over 2%.

Tooling:
Tooling becomes property of the customer upon final payment. Tooling price includes 1

article report, 6 samples and tool
layout drawings.
This quotation is preliminary as it is based upon the current condition of the drawing or part description provided. The price
and lead time may be revised based upon the final tool design. The definition of lead time is from that date when (1) 50%
payment with order is received AND (2) tool design is approved.
