The way J and S approached the feasibility analysis was appropriate and sufficient for the following reasons:
• They developed a concept statement and distributed to a small sample of 1 6 people where they could get both positive and instructive comments.
• A new idea was generated through this concept statement of the feasibility analysis which came from one of the participants, that is, to distribute videos dealing with how to better use iPhone, iPad and iPod via streaming video over internet or via the mobile app
• This approach will save money and drive traffic to the ilJser Accessories website and mobile app which provide additional ecommerce opportunities. • To get more insights they surveyed 410 people in the age group of 1 5-30 year olds, with a survey design generalized to a larger population.
• From this they could get a very useful knowledge on customer, that a vast majority of the people in the target market don't know a number of Apple accessories or how to get them and most customers showed interest in learning more about the accessories.
