We would like to book 2 single room

We would like to book 2 single rooms (Euro 40,- per room) with arrival on Monday 7th October and leaving on Tuesday 8th October, IF it is possible to arrive around 23.00 hrs (in the evening). Our plane lands at 21.30 hrs (coming from The Netherlands), we rent a car and drive to Polignano a mare - so will probably be there around 23.00 hrs.
Could you please let me know if it is ok to arrive around that time and if you have availability? Thank you very much for your reply!
