I’d like to initiate a QC process for Freelook cancellation to process 100% on TM original call.
The checklist will not be the QC checklist for the TMR QC, but will be based on a new checklist which I will need to think about with our brainstorm. Here’s the idea for Freelook Cancellation QC.
1. Push sales
2. Incorrect/inconsistent information
3. Annoy from TM and accept to take to avoid further calls
4. Use of Freelook to sell
Initially, I hope the time to process this per call is less than 5 mins, since we have the original QC information already.
