Correct me if I’m wrong, my underst

Correct me if I’m wrong, my understanding is that, in Schenker’s system, the shipper that appears and in our record is SNS (Sanits) but my question is, is SNS really the actual shipper/exporter?
Is SNS that actual exporter that appears in the documents? Because it could be that Schenker system is not updated, SCJ advised last time that SNS is not the shipper and have asked us to double check our data.

So may I know, where is the below address came from? From which system or which document. Thanks.
