Fresh or frozen tissue is usually used as a source of DNA for PCR and
RAPD analysis. We have found that leaves can be allowed to dry at room
temperature before extraction ofDNA. Heating the leaves or microwave drying
resulted in poor recovery ofDNA. Storage of fresh leaves in paper envelopes in
the laboratory was the most successful approach. This allowed the tissue to dry
out over a period of several days and DNA could be extracted at any time,
providing a convenient method for the collection and analysis of field material.

Mô tươi hoặc đông lạnh thường được sử dụng như là một nguồn của DNA PCR và
phân tích RAPD. Chúng tôi đã tìm thấy rằng lá có thể được cho phép để khô ở phòng
nhiệt độ trước khi khai thác ofDNA. Làm nóng hai lá hoặc lò vi sóng sấy khô
dẫn đến phục hồi ofDNA nghèo. Lưu trữ của lá tươi trong phong bì giấy trong
