Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or Engineering or any related filed.
4 – 6 years of relevant experience and considerable expertise in food manufacturing, process equipment conceptual design &/or understanding of food technology &/or quality in the food industry.
Must have leadership skills, cost consciousness, communication skills, and diplomacy that will promote good relations with all facets of the business and other technical and scientific disciplines in the effective execution of projects to accomplish the company’s objectives.
Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
