A Security system is provided throughout the Premises on a 24 hours x 7 days per week, for maintaining good order and facility of the common car parks and preventing any danger to the PREMISESPremises, but excluding fire accident, burglary and other risks [NB – Lumen should discuss the security program, including expected response times in the event of a burglary at the Premises.] that may cause damage to the LESSEELumen, his its invitees, followers, as well as his its property.
b) Maintenance and repairs of building and appliances which the LESSORIPP has undertaken to supply under the Lease Agreement.
c) Services in up keeping communal facilities and parking spaces which the LESSEELumen is using them in common under the Lease Agreement.
d) Utility charges as lighting service and water supply in the communal area.
e) Fire insurance is provided for the safety of building, not for the property of the LESSEELumen and his its followers.
