Aerated means air has been bubbled through the solution. I have never heard of doing this with soft drinks and cannot imagine why it might be done. However, if you mean carbonated vs non-carbonated, this means that carbon dioxide gas has been bubbled introduced into the solution under pressure and then sealed by capping. The CO2 dissolves in the water of the soft drinks and makes it "fizzy." Non-carbonated soft drinks are not treated with CO2 and, thus, are not "fizzy.
