Please find below a quick reminder on how to proceed when requesting a training/seminar/workshop;
1. Prepare Training Request form (please see attached file) - state all information related to that training/seminar/workshop.
2. Discuss it and get the form signed by your manager.
3. Submit the form to HR, with all training/seminar/workshop details attached.
4. Once approved by the Management, HR will return the scanned/copied form to you for your further process (booking, making a payment, etc.)
