Beginning today, Flowserve associates will start to receive HR communications regarding the Performance Management Process (PMP). These communications will continue into 2016 as the organization completes both a review of 2015 performance and establishes goals for 2016. Please note the specific information for Flowserve SIHI associates described below.
2015 Performance Management Year-end Process
All Flowserve SIHI associates can disregard these communications, as you do not need to participate in the 2015 Performance Management Year-end Process. There are no actions that you need to take with regard to the 2015 Performance Management Year-end Process.
2016 Goals and Objective Setting Process
In early 2016, communications regarding the 2016 Goals and Objectives Setting process will begin. Following all appropriate review and consultation steps with applicable local employee organizations, eligible Flowserve SIHI associates will participate in the 2016 Goals and Objectives Setting process and the corresponding PMP activities thereafter.
If your location is approved to participate in the 2016 Goals and Objectives Setting process, you will receive additional information about the process and available reference materials in early 2016 through email and from local HR.
