In health-care, a majority of the errors can be attributed to a lack of effective teamwork. Teamwork is the interdependent component of performance necessary to effectively coordinate the performances of multiple team members (Lo, 2011). Although teamwork within units was a strength area, teamwork across units (48.8%) remains a weak area in the present study.
