The purpose of this research was making process learning about Budgeting for food and beverage The authors are studied in Bussiness Hotel Management School name are Chayapha Luechai, Kanyanit Chanjaraspong, and Sompob Putanapibul. The study aimed at the job description, employee manual, staff training and Budgeting and employee’s salary of Cha Cha restaurant.
The study aimed at a sample of Costs expenses cases was drawn from budgeting control using simple random sampling method. Bruno AJ Baumann slide was used for data analysis data was analyzed using that the job description and employee manual which is Cha Cha, Luzern does not follow the job description and employee manual.
The findings indicated that the restaurant hiring the wrong person for a job. It was found that they waste the time for training new staff. The results of the study were as follows made costs more waste expenses and cost more to replace an employee when selecting wrong person
