Yesterday I consulted to Revenue Department for this issue, it will effect with us as following;
The only concern from Revenue Department is that temporary repair is DMT’s responsible? Are there any agreement for warrantee claim, repair service, how long for the period of guarantee?
As checked we only has Supply agreement between DMT vs DMH, there are not mention for guarantee period claim. Then they suggestion 2 options as following;
1.1 If in guarantee period : We have to prepare documents supporting for tracking the invoice date for check guarantee period , then we can recognize the cost will occur
1.2 If no guarantee period : DMT has to invoice for the repair charge (cost + profit), then recognize repair charge to revenue and submit VAT 7%
