thai restaurant was created 3 months ago to serve as a meeting place for diners. Now our restaurant are opening to improve takeout service by giving our customers our quality food which they already know we have, and giving them the quality service. We plan to set up a system for customer call backs on food deliveries that includes a comment sheet for customer responses. For following the customer responses staffs will call customers and fill out the form as part of their duties. Can be accomplished with consistent follow-up.
