Hello,
on Tuesday my friend and I did the rock-climbing.
I liked the activity and enjoyed the introduction to this sport.
However, I was somewhat disappointed about the security measurements – or the lack of them.
· One time, my friend was climbing and I secured her, but there was no staff member around to intervene in the case we had trouble or did something wrong. The staff was already preparing the next climb.
· Further, my friend and I had to switch the helmet between us. I believe that the person who stays at the bottom also needs a helmet at all times. Actually, another climber dropped something accidentally from above while we were there …
· Also, for the amount of money we paid, gloves should be included. It is not possible to secure someone when your skin is already bruised.
I would not recommend Peak Adventure to others if these things are not improved.
