Perfect. As I told you before one day problem will happen. My company sent engineer to recheck at job site and found that 1 panel broken and then the other day another broken again, but my team can check only software and wire. So we told them we have to send both panel to repair at factory, but we told them that if factory price too expensive and they could not accept they must pay for transportation cost only. We have to clear with them first for protect any conflict if they not agree with your price. How does your idea for this case? And the next case will come if the same process still continue.
