Job Description:
To deliver the highest and professional service and ensure the service are above the customer expectation to new / existing / prospect customer. These are to meet the performance standard work under Shift Assignment.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Having some experience in call center, customer service or telemarketing, although new graduates are also welcome to apply
• Service-minded, good personality, interpersonal and communication skill
• Typing & computing skills
• Good command of spoken English is a must
