Complaints
Any complaint regarding the Hotel should be notified to the Hotel Reception desk or to the relevant Hotel Representative during your stay at the hotel and the hotel management must be given adequate opportunity to rectify the situation from the outset. Where any such complaint is not rectified by the hotel in question to your satisfaction, you should contact Skoosh immediately and Skoosh will endeavour to assist. Should you remain unsatisfied a further complaint should be made in writing to Skoosh not later than seven days after termination of the hotel stay. Where possible, the written complaint to Skoosh should be supported by photographs or other written/visible proof of the complaint..
Passports and Visas
Skoosh cannot be held liable for any loss incurred in the event of your failure to hold the necessary passports, visas and documentation for their journey. You are advised to check with the relevant visa departments of the Countries they wish to visit.
Price changes
Skoosh reserves the right to revise all published prices at any time and for any reason, however no change in price will be made once a booking has been confirmed.
Prices and Taxes
Taxes:
You acknowledge that while Skoosh and/or it’s partners will take care of hotel taxes where applicable, the authorities in some countries may impose certain additional taxes (e.g. tourist tax, city tax, local tax etc), which have to be paid locally, as these are for local service. You are exclusively responsible for paying such additional taxes.
Resort Fees:
Hotels may charge a resort fee, which is payable only by the guest at the hotel, that cannot be included in our prices. This is increasingly common in the USA. Where known beforehand Skoosh will endeavour to display them on an individual hotel basis, however, please note that as they are subject to change without prior notice Skoosh cannot be held responsible for any changes in price or implementation.
