• If Party B fails to pay any amoun

• If Party B fails to pay any amounts due under this Contract by the due dates as specified in payment term herein, Party B shall pay a late payment interest on the amount overdue at the rate of 0.05% /day, calculated from the due date until actual payment. However, any payment of the Rent shall not exceed over fifteen (15) days as from the due date; otherwise Party A shall have the right to terminate the Lease.

• Party A will hand over The Certificate of Land Use Right to Party B within 10 days upon Party B finished the 3rd payment. Party B shall provide to Party A the Environment standard registration certificate after signing the Land Use Right Leasing Contract.
