3. Section B – MS Project 2010 Use
This part would show the summary of the best solution. It is divided into 3 parts with different assumptions.

To begin with the first part, I have focused on option 1, which has 4 solutions (1.1, 1.2, 1.3, and 1.4). These options has been done for solving the overallocated by changing or expanding the time in project plan. Using the levelling option to resolve the resources overallocation problem that has been occurred in this case study.


However, the manager of project need to understand that if the critical task has been delayed, the time of whole project will be delayed.
