The customers will purchase machinery from our affiliated companies (China, India, Singapore and Indonesia, etc.). When service or part replacement is required during warranty period, BHTL would create a claim to other Buhler entities and provide necessary service and part replacement to the customers. BHTL is allowed to provide the after sales service to the customer under the agreement and will provide the after-sale services to customers under the warranty agreement. BHTL will charge the fee to other Buhler entities.
The after-sale service aforementioned is recognized as the TISO activities (Business activities related to machinery engines, tools and equipment: repair and maintenance), all of which BHTL has eligibility to perform according to its current operating status.
