The purpose of research was to study OTOP business process condition of Siam Blowing Art (Slip’s Kaeo) in Nonthaburi about marketing trends, trouble in process and method to solve to be sustainable development. This research used qualitative strategies via interview Silp’s Kaeo’ proprietor including study and collective data. The result can be analyzed as follow:
Product of Silp Kaeo’s is unique and have best quality that accepted by customers.
Price defined by types of the product and the difficulty in production.
Place that Silp’s Kaeo distribute the product is an exhibition held by the organizations and electronic media.
Promotion, Silp’s Kaeo recommend products to customers by promoting via internet, handing out leaflets and business card
The blowing glass product’s market tends to grow but the specialist of blowing glass not enough. At the same time, it is necessary to develop the design continuously for attract customers and develop management strategies, marketing’s, distribution channels’ and promotion’s to maintain existing customers and expand customer base.
