This Rule purports to direct the parties to discuss discovery of electronically stored information during their discovery planning conference. As to the issues to be discussed, they shall include the form in which the electronically stored information should be produced. The particular issues regarding electronically stored information which should be discussed during the conference at the discovery planning stage depend on the particulars of the given case e.g. time period, sources of information, accessibility of the sources, and cost of retrieving and reviewing the information.
