Your state of mind dramatically affects your ability to learn. The answer to the above questions is quite obvious. However, less obvious is what you can do to help the participants (and yourself) to get into the most resourceful state for learning and how do you manage your own state? Our state is dependent on two main factors – our physiology and our mental focus.
