Selection Criteria:IMPORTANT NOTICE: Applicants must provide a written Statement of Claims of no more than 300 words per Selection Criterion to show their suitability against the following selection criteria. The Statement of Claims forms the most important part of the application, as this information, together with a resume of no more than two pages, will be used to shortlist applicants for further consideration for the vacancy. There is no need for a covering letter.In addressing each criterion please ensure that you provide example(s) based on previous experience where available, to demonstrate your capability.1. Demonstrated ability to interpret and implement administrative guidelines.2. Strong interpersonal and advocacy skills, an ability to think creatively, and proven ability to achieve desired outcomes.3. Good written and oral communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills in English and Thai.4. Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure, participate in on-call duty roster, show initiative, and experience working as a team member in a cross cultural environment.5. Demonstrated administrative skills, including the ability to prepare written reports, account for finances, and flexibility in managing multiple tasks.6. Experience in dealing with clients in a customer service environment; Demonstrated ability in diffusing situations with difficult clients7. Experience working in a diplomatic mission, with the Thai government, or in the travel industry would be a distinct advantage.
