Apart from this, Malaysia is a multi-racial country which can be generally distinguished by Malay, Chinese and Indians. Although English is widely used in business, but people are generally use their own language to communicate, for example Malay speaks Bahasa Melayu, Chinese speaks Bahasa Cina and Indian speaks Bahasa Tamil. Therefore, when conducting survey in Malaysia, researcher may face the problem of language because all the questionnaires in this research are written in English, there may have some respondents not really understand the questions as presented on the questionnaires. Thus, the researcher has to poses the questions in another way and it may lead to a potential of bias.
