Please note that we no longer have the LIP program in place for 2014, and all management members (non MICP/ BPP) will fall back into local bonus. However, when you plan the budget for the local management team, please use the same % target you have planned for LIP. The LIP program is no longer in place, but we have a VIM (variable incentive for management) in place and that mirrors the LIP. Please factor in the same % target as you would have done if the LIP program is in place.
