Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Revenue, Margin & market share goals for D&CP in the country
- Drive D&CP agenda at country management level (segment sales leaders, Marketing leaders, S&P sales leader)
- Drive understanding of country S&P playbook and country agenda and country issues to the Regional PLM teams
- Understand & communicate country D&CP financial performance, analyze issues, support product related improvement activities
- Coordinate & lead operational activities across all segments, all channels ( Consumer/SB/MB, Online/Offline/
- Retail/1DD/EPP/ARB/PON)
- Driving SKU execution (launch, EOL, prod changes)
- Recommend pricing changes
- Demand-supply (minimize E&O, drive accurate forecasting)
- Help sales, mktg, online, offline with product related matters
- Work with merchandising and marketing to place products & promotions into marcom
- Work with online team to optimize Dell.com experience
- Develop and Deploy via Product Managers effective product training tools
- Work with in country teams to ensure effective product launch , End of Life management & sales trainings

In order to be considered for this role, you must possess:
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant industry experience with exposure to product marketing / marketing / Brand functions
- Bachelor degree/equivalent; MBA a plus.
- Good understanding of Consumer and Commercial PC systems and computing trends.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent presentation and influencing skills.
