Article 5. Term of the MOU
5.1 This MOU shall come into effect on the date of signing by all Parties (the “Effective Date”).
5.2 Unless early terminated as agreed in writing by the Parties, this MOU shall continue in full force for 06 (six) months from the Effective Date (the “Term”).
Article 6. Responsibilities of the Parties
6.1 To use its best efforts to provide reasonably necessary information and document for the preparation of the Feasibility Study Report and the Market Research Report to be requested by the other Party or the third party participating in preparation of the Feasibility Study Report and the Market Research Report;
6.2 To undertake to be responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, truthfulness of all information and documents for the preparation of the Feasibility Study Report and the Market Research Report of the Project provided by itself;
6.3 To pay all arising costs and expenses of its own part;
6.4 To comply with all the terms and conditions of the MOU.

Điều 5. Thời hạn của MOU
5.1 Biên bản ghi nhớ này có hiệu lực thi hành kể từ ngày ký kết của các Bên ( "Ngày hiệu lực").
5.2 Trừ khi đầu chấm dứt theo thỏa thuận bằng văn bản của các Bên, Biên bản ghi nhớ này sẽ tiếp tục có hiệu lực đầy đủ cho 06 (sáu) tháng kể từ ngày có hiệu lực ( "Thời hạn").
Điều 6. Trách nhiệm của các bên
6.1 để sử dụng những nỗ lực tốt nhất của mình để cung cấp thông tin cần thiết hợp lý và tài liệu cho việc chuẩn bị các báo cáo nghiên cứu khả thi và báo cáo nghiên cứu thị trường để được yêu cầu của bên khác hoặc bên thứ ba tham gia vào việc chuẩn bị của BCNCKT và báo cáo nghiên cứu thị trường;
6.2 để cam kết chịu trách nhiệm về tính hợp pháp, tính chính xác, trung thực của các thông tin và tài liệu cho việc chuẩn bị của BCNCKT và báo cáo nghiên cứu thị trường của các dự án được cung cấp bởi chính nó;
6.3 Để trả tất cả các chi phí phát sinh và chi phí của phần riêng của mình;
6.4 Để tuân thủ tất cả các điều khoản và điều kiện của MOU.
